至于有着悠久历史的酒到底产生于何时,出自何人之手,历来就有无数传说,酒本身具有超大型出凡响的魅力,酒产生的传说具有传奇色彩也就不足为怪了。这些传说说法不一,流传较广的主要有以下几种:
第一种:上天造酒说

   有一种说法叫酒之所兴,肇自上皇,成于仪狄,意思是说,自上古三皇五帝的时候,就有各种各样的造酒的方法流行于民间,是仪狄将这些造酒的方法归纳总结出来,使之流传于后世的。
